Should i have lost weight if?!


Question: this is what ive eaten today:

handful of cherries. cup o soup x 2. half a bread roll. handful of grapes. only egg whites of a boiled egg.

if i eat like this everyday when should i expect to lose weight?

oh and plus i did half and hour of moderate exercise

you should start seeing results after a week

your going about it all wrong... have you done any research? you have to count calories and exercise. in order to lose 1 lb you have to create and 3650 calorie deficit. but its hard to say what exactly you need to do without having more details so i think you should get some health/fitness magazines and learn about nutrition cause even if you were to lose weight by eating that diet everyday, it would only be a temporary thing cause you cant just eat the same stuff everyday, you'll get bored. also just so you know, if you are doing it the right way its still not going to be overnight so you have to be patient and you might as well do it the right way so that you dont make yourself suffer eating cherries and soup for weeks only to gain it right back. good luck

Cup o soup's are very bad for you, don't drink them! You might lose a lot of weight just eating that, but if you just eat that every day for a long time you will binge and you will feel awful! Have a more balanced diet and dont restrict yourself too much, and you should be fine!
