lunges and squats will work wonders, so will leg curls and glute/hams and hypers. make sure you work your entire body though, to make sure that you are getting a well rounded workout.

As a former very avid bicycle rider and racer, I can tell you that every bicyclist who got a good bicycle, with toe clips or similar device on the pedals, and pedaled more than coasted, came away not only with good butts, but with great calves and thighs leading up to the butt, and the girls looked gorgeous. It was funny to see how much faster the guys pedaled when a gorgeous female bicyclist road by them. Nothing made a lagging male bicyclist pedal harder and faster than when a female bicyclist pedaled past him with her beautifully shaped calves, thighs, and butt. I can guarantee you that.
