Which exersize is the best to lose 2 pounds a week?!


Question: I am a teenager and can't afford equipment. I eat 1400 to 1500 calories a day.

I want to lose at least 2 pounds a week. Which exersize
should I choose to do everyday to be able to lose that much? I looked them up at self.com, according to my weight >>>>

476.27 would be burned = running for 60 min
535.81 would be burned = stairs for 60 min
595.34 would be burned = jumping rope for 60 min

the most calories burned obviously is with the last one BUT you want to pick an activity which you will be able to do consistently for an hour 6 days a week in order to lose weight. your caloric intake looks fine. good luck.

I am a teen too but I am no way eating 1400 calories! You might lose more than 2 pounds a week. Maybe even 4!!

I am not 100% sure though.
