Also, walking 3 -5 miles per day.
And every night a 1 hour workout DVD, or simply a good dance!

Thanks! If it is completly terrible, I don't mind you saying! But please give advice how I can make it better.

It does look like a good plan but then they always look good on paper, a good plan isnt just one that looks good put also easy to stick to. The only thing I'd change about it is the breakfast, have you tried weetabix? I know its bland but it realy is worth it, its extremely high in fiber so keeps your feeling full for longer (more so than shreddies despite what they say).

Something thats helped me loads is Total 0% fat greek yogurt, it has the consistency of whipped cream, tastes like whipped cream yet its fat free. Its delicious with some fresh fruit like mangarin orange segments or grapes, its full of calcium and with the fruit its 1 portion of your 5 a day. Heres an image of it so you know what to look out for: http://www.thenibble.com/reviews/main/ch...

Good luck on your diet and stay strong.

Go to www.betalife.com.au this site is completely free to use, has over 5000 members (I'm one of them) and has great resources.

its good but insted of white bread use whole grain. No potato whole wheat pasta. And its not terrible just more whole grain.

It's a good plan, but try to cut back on meats. People don't realize how much a problem meat is to a person's health.
Salad, great choice.
The fruits? Also excellent.
The walking? Hold that off for a week or so. You can't jump into a diet so quickly, it'll cause health risks.

Sounds pretty good to me. Good luck! Just curious, is this a New Year's Resolution? I also choice dieting as one of mine.

All i have is a bowl of special k in the morning and chicken or tuna salad for dinner. but also have my 5 a day fruit and drink lots of water in the day

I'm sorry but your diet is too rigid and two extreme. e.g. your weekly takeaway tells me you like saturated fat and salt.

Keep a diary and record all your food drink and exercise. Set a long term goal. e.g. How fit do you want to be next year. Make changes slowly i.e. one small change each month and stick to it. Dont change what you cannot keep up.
