ATTENTION PEOPLE!! need your help...pretty please?!

Question: I am asking a little favour from you all, and i know you probably can't be bothered BUT you will learn form it yourself!!

I am doing a maths coursework project on pulse rates, and need up to 15 peoples pulse rates from the resting period to the after exercise period. (Don't worry the excerice is just climbing ur stairs!)

So..for the easier option, could you test your pulse before u do it and then 4 times after (every 2 mins?)

And all it is, is to climb your stairs but RUN up them instead! just your home stairs..
