I would highly recommend swimming because it will tone out you're muscles, and because of all the pulling through the water involved, it will slim you out. At the same time, it will definitely reduce body fat, as long as you eat healthily as well because exercising by it self will not improve you're fitness and shape. Don't stop eating though, all you have to do is eat nutritious foods, and the treats just once in a while or a little bit at a time, because without eating and adequate amount of food, you body will not have the energy to function properly and you'll be to tired to even exercise at all. By the way, you can do many other sports than swimming. I just recommend that for a good shape and a high fitness level. Also, it puts hardly any strain on your ankles and knees as another sport such as athletics would.

Running or Cycling

Running, walking, swimming, or anything that gets your whole body moving and your heart rate up!

The best sport is walking vigorously racing yourself. When you race yourself daily you, you give your body the tools to rebuild itself and loose weight in the process, Good luck and much wisdom.

Any sport that burns a lot of calories and fat- running, swimming, basketball, netball, soccer, water polo, rowing etc.

Basketball, because of all the consant movement involved

Cycling classes are great cardio for reducing body weight, swimming, volleyball, tennis is fantastic for abs and cardio, lacrosse and football as it is very disciplined, baseball is prob the least....any sport where you move consistently
