Low reps or high reps to get a body like this?!

Fist of all dietary supplements are very important (like creatine and proteins) and for gym I think u should do a high rep and low weight for warm up (15 reps), then less reps and heavy weights to build muscle. 8 (reps) =middle weight to 1=heaviest weight. Write a diary of what u do and how u feel after training. I suggest u contact a coach first, weight lifting without supervision of a coach can be very dangerous and cause injury. Good luck.

To build muscle you need to use heavy weights and low reps.

You'll want to have enough weight on the bar/dumbell so you can only do 7-10 reps. If you can do more than 12 reps the weight isn't heavy enough.

You'll need to up your protein intake too. Have a protein shake after your workout.
