How can I stop eating so much?!


Question: Plan your meals and only allow healthy choices. You need discipline, motivation, and have the ability to distract yourself by doing other things that don't involve eating. Of course it will be difficult at first and that's where discipline and motivation come in to help you. I understand that the Weight Watchers plan is a pretty good one. I work with someone on the Jenny Craig plan and it's working for her but it is expensive.
If you feel hungry but you don't think you should be or are, then do something. (clean house, go for a walk, do some laundry, etc.)

Plot a daily diet schedule.

Drink a lot of water whenever you feel hungry

Eat to live, don't live to eat. (falling in love does it for me)

How can you stop eating so much? Will power is your main tool. You can condition yourself and train yourself to not eat so much, but it takes a while and its not easy. Take a week or so and keep telling yourslef to eat until you feel NOT HUNGRY anymore. Dont eat until your full!! I did this and cut my eating down to less than half in a couple months. But it does take time, it does take willpower. You also have to take conttrol of OUTSIDE INFLUENCES!!! Mom? Finish everything on your plate!!! "No Mom! I'm full!!" and stand your ground!! Do that with anyone and everyone! In 8 months I lost 80 pounds. Its still hard sometimes! I used to love food, now I love flavors! I used to eat till I was FULL FULL! now I eat till I'm not hungry. If thats only one mouthfull? Then thats all I'll eat. You can do it to. Just put your mind to it and stick with it!
