well your a good weight for your age ... i have my own home gym and a brother who is 14 years old he wanted a six pack about 4months ago ... i got him on to doing situps 50 a day then more - then 3 weeks alter he was doing 300 a day also he was doing 30mins on the punching bag and 30 mins on rowing machine ..he was exeriscing about 2hour exersing a day a was on a high protein diet after 1month you could see a change and now 4 months later he has sucseeded but still keep on top of his exersice and diet

crunches, leg lifts, situps, hanging leg raises, running, and dietiing. thats how i got my 8 pac, as well as playing soccer. If u need ne help dude just msg me.

I think you should wait for another 2 years then start. You could be extremely active and you'll only end up with a 4 pack.
