Saddle bags?!


Question: I am quite thin. I weight 116 pounds and I'm 5'4. My problem is, I have very little fat in my stomach (which is great) and unfortunatley my breasts (and whole upper body) but I carry a lot of weight in my butt and underneath I have so called "saddle bags". Anyone know what to do against them? The thing is, when I lose weight, I lose more weight in my upper body then my legs and only at the very end I will probably lose the weight in my butt and underneath. So what should I do? any exercises?

People lose weight in different areas based on genetics.
You should mix cardio with some light weight lifting.
