Has anyone found a way to reduce or eliminate cellulite?!


Question: I have a lot of cellulite on my butt and the top part of my hips and thighs. I weigh 185 pounds and I am 5'8". Overall I am well porportioned but I need to loose that cellulite and I can't find a way to do it. Any suggestions please....any combination of diets and exercise that you have found that worked for you. Also, if you know of any exercises that would lift and shape your butt...please add that too :-) Thank you!!

stuffing your face is a no-no..

Lie on your side with your head in your hands.With a couple of light ankle weights on,lift your leg up and down in a straight line,and then bend it towards your chest and back up high again.This really works. I do this all the time.

Diet and exercise.

Lunges and squats help your butt and the back of the thighs. Sideways leg lifts for the "saddlebag" area.

And remember, even model-thin Jennifer Love Hewitt has cellulite. Sometimes you need more airbrushing than anything. You're only human.

1 method is massage, it increases blood flow to the surface of your skin and can help with cellulite. But don't believe anything that says it will eliminate it - its a lie.

Eat a healthy well balanced diet without too much salt, sugar or caffeine.

You're gonna have to lose some weight. But a quick temporary fix is to take some coffee grounds, olive oil and salt and mix it up, then massage it into your thighs. Halle Berry does it and so do I!
