I have found that is very helpful to not weigh my self at all in the beginning of a new more strenuous exercise regimen. Muscle weighs more than fat, and you do loose inches compared to pounds. I tend to get frustrated if i just look at the "numbers". Look in the mirror, and see how your clothes are feeling. Your weight is just number. I recently started something new, and didn't weigh myself. I was more motivated my the way my clothes felt. You can also measure your self, to see the inches lost. But don't do it more than once a week. Good luck, and don't give up!

youre probably gaining muscle and getting more defined.

you lose inches before pounds and muscle ways more then fat

because muscle weighs more than fat, so if you want to be slimmer, do it by tummy measurements and not weight

When you exercise more, you start building more muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat and it burns more calories than fat so you are losing fat and building muscle, which is awesome. Keep up the work and you will start to notice the numbers on the scale go down too if you are doing cardio and cutting back on calories.

you look slimmer cause you have lost fat on your body but you are gaining mussel ...that is a good thing

hope this helps:)

Depends on the excercises. You want to do cardio, running etc to drop lbs. Otherwise some excercises may be turning your fat into muscle which equals weight.

Focus on your goal, to loose weight or gain muscle. Then focus on that area.

Muscle weighs more than fat. I don't think it really matters how much you weigh but how good you look. That's how I'm trying to look at my body anyway.

You are probably losing fat but gaining muscle. If you don't feel as if you are gaining muscle, I suggest you find a personal trainer.

You should take your measurements to keep track of inches lost. Don't watch the scale. You are gaining muscle.

You are gaining muscle mass, which will keep your weight the same, but you will look better and feel better. If you want to actually lose some weight reexamine your calorie intake and what you are eating in relation to the muscle mass and losing weight.

You are toning your body muscle. Congrats! Keep up the good work, you'll see after you tone, some of the weight will drop (if your body type will allow, some people's weight is the weight their body was meant to be)
