you are only 15 years old!....it is a good idea to be health conscious but i have seen pictures of you (for your hair) and judging by those you do not need to diet....you are way too young to be cutting certain things out of your diet....you need your nutrients.....you are doing fine thus far and your snacks could very well include a donut here and there

No bacon. All that white you see on it before you FRY it is FAT.
If you can, you dont really need to have the rice with it,inless its brown rice. Also cheese is high in fat.
Instead of juice have water.
Idk what pop is bit if its poptart? then definetly cut that out.
for the omelt take out the yolk and the membrane in the egg and just have the egg whites with not a lot of cheese or bacon.
limit the amount of mashed potatoes if its a lot and if you can no gravy
Definetly dont start those donuts or fried chicken.

Eat some fish if you like it,it's good protein.

Good luck :)

To "I'll Dance..."--pop = soda. We say "pop" where I'm from, too.

To be really healthy, I would recommend some tweaks to your diet.
SATURDAY
Breakfast: Eat whole-grain waffles and swap out the pig for turkey bacon.
Lunch: skip the potatoes when you can; they're empty calories.
Dinner: make the casserole with brown rice and reduced fat cheese
Snacks: Replace with fruits and veggies or reduced calorie snack foods in controlled portions, and replace the juice and pop with water or tea. No matter what the calorie count in your beverage, water is still the best thing you can drink.

SUNDAY
Breakfast: Use egg substitute with lowfat cheese. Again, turkey bacon.
Lunch: See recommendations for casserole above.
Dinner: Pork is actually pretty lean, but potatoes are still empty calories. Gravy isn't bad as long as it's not made with milk or cream. Use reduced fat soup to cook the pork in.
Snacks: Be careful which granola bar you choose; some of them are as bad as chips or cake when it comes to calories and fat.

Make sure you stay active and use your head when you cook and eat. As long as your weight is fine and you are physically fit, stop worrying! The things I recommened are the result of my own struggles with my weight and health and the way that I need to feed my body to stay at a healthy weight.
