Motivation to eat Breakfast?!

Do you not get hungry before lunch? I would think that should be your motivation.. good old fashioned hunger.

Try a bar or drink food supplement in flavors you like. They're a no brainer and get you some nutrition fast. Pop the top and chug it down.

Not the best choice but better than nothing. Just get a good quality product - perhaps a bottled berry smoothie?

Put a picture of a naked girl on your cereal box..

you just have to force yourself and prety soon it will become routine. start out with something simple like a granola bar so the change isnt that drastic. good luck and you are making a good choice to eat breakfast.

Start small...if you just have coffee in the mornings now, add a small glass of juice..or small granola bar you can eat on the commute.

WARNING: this advice is unconventional!

I know a lot of people say breakfast is important. Honestly, my only advice is: do not eat when you are NOT hungry, regardless of what meal it is. I have lost 70 lbs and the way I did it was not eating when I was not hungry. If you honestly feel fine in the morning, don't eat. You already have a good habit of listening to your own natural cues. However, if you must eat, I recommend fruit or oatmeal without sugar.

um w/e your reason for eating breakfast is (i.e. losing weight, or just being healthier in general)

Your motivation is it's a healthy way to live. I agree with starting small, get your body adjusted to eating in the morning, especially if you never have. It won't take long and you'll start feeling the effects immediately. After a short amount of time, you'll actually be hungry in the morning, your body will WANT to eat, and won't feel so well if you don't. My daughter went on weight watchers 2 years ago February. She wanted to lose 30lbs, and did within 7 or 8 months. Now it's truly a lifestyle for her. But 2 years ago she didn't eat breakfast..now she can't go without it because she can't get "started" without it. Good luck! and good for you taking control of your life and your health, because, if you have your health, you have everything!

I don't ever eat breakfast either because when I do it makes me feel really sick. I feel like I need some time to wake up first. Breakfast in bed is like my worst nightmare. I wouldn't sweat it, I never eat breakfast and I do just fine. It may be the most important meal to some people, but to me it's just an inconvenience.
