I Need To Lose Weight And FAST?!


Question: ok. I Definetley want to lose weight by summer time. Maybe about 35pounds
it is really hard for me to stick to diets and eating well.
I live in a house where my mom decides what we eat and like shes on the large side to.
i really just wanna go down two sizes in jeans.
i wanna lose wieght for myself nobody else.

Good for you! You can eat what your mom prepares, but just be aware of portion sizes. Do not over eat. Also, eat a little breakfast. I suggest oatmeal because it will start your metabolism as well as lower your cholesterol. Don't diet, and don't view it as "eating well". Enjoy food. Whenever you feel hungry, grab a piece of fruit. You will find that the more fruit and veggies you eat, the less you will want food loaded with oils. (but hey, enjoy the occasional dessert, or even better pair two servings of fruit with a serving of chocolate sauce). Try freezing some blueberries if you like them. A great treat.
You could also cook a meal one night a week and make it something healthy.

The second part to all this is exercise. It doesn't have to be a 2 hour bust-yourself workout. 15minutes evey day of cardio. You can run in place or on a treadmill or go to a gym and do 30 minutes of wieghts.

You don't have to kill yourself working out or eat bland foods. Be moderate.

Another thing. It's winter, so if you're in a place with cloudcover all winter long or if it's cold out, you will have to fight winter weight gain as well. Don't worry. If you've got a strong enough will, you can easily overcome this.

Lastly, don't look at a scale except for every once in a while. Research is coming out that says constantly looking at a scale may cause you to make conscious/subconscious metabolism changes. Things will go slow at first, but will speed up. Just stick with it and you'll see the results!

walk 30 minutes a day. and ask your mom if she can cook health foods for you or go and buy your own snacks.

tell your mom. you need someone suportive if you wanna succeed. tell your mom you wanna lose some weight to be more healthy and to feel better. go grocery shopping with her and buy only healthy foods and low in fat.

also, watch out for your portions. no seconds.

really make that clear in your heart and mind that that is purely what you want to do and if you have close friends ask them to encourage you to stick to it!

exercise, buy and prepare your own meals. If your mom prepares unhealthy foods, just don't eat what she prepares.

maybe do some exercise everyday in your room. its doesnt have to be much just jog on the spot for a while or do sit ups if you want a toned stomach. Also try taking smaller portions when u eat it may be hard at first but eventually your stomach will shrink the the small portion will be enough to fill u up.
