all you need are some 5-8 lb dumb bells and a floor mat.
do lounges on each leg holding the dumb bells, you can do squats while raising the dumbbells over your head. situps, pushups, jumping jacks, jump rope..

the easiest and most motivating though are windor pilates 20 min work out videos--that you do three times a weeK!

good luck!

Going up stairs is really good, along with swimming (which is plain fun) and of course walking is good as long as you don't go really slow. Remember that everyone's body is different though, some people are meant to have more curves! We all know someone who's naturally stick thin no matter what they eat, so naturally some people are thicker no matter what. If you eat healthy and move around yet the weight doesn't come off, you're probably at the weight you should be at already.

Either way good luck!

jump roping. not even kidding you. try it for like 15 minutes straight it gets TIRING.

I use tamilee webb's tight on time body blast DVD. you'll need weights and a step but it's a really good, quick workout. there's four sections and each is 10 minutes each. i do the cardio one about 6 times a weeks. there's also ones for abs and butt
