Yes it is.

great food to eat...... healthy.

Yes, it's great.. IF you eat the amount of serving it recommends.. That's usually around 3/4 cup. So don't eat a whole bowl full and not count all the calories!

I suppose it's better than the some things. However, I've looked at all of the conventional brands (Post, Total, Kellogg's, including Smart Start, Kroger and Wal-Mart store brands...) and they all contain corn syrup, which I avoid, as it's not natural. I do have some on the shelf because my husband bought it for me. (He bought me one box at my request and thought I wanted more.) It does work on occasion for a very easy meal with some added raisins, as the raisins in it just seem to be more for flavor than nutrition. I've also just grabbed the box on occasion when I needed a snack and dinner was still an hour away at ate it dry while I nursed my daughter. (Although eating real food and feeding her has become quite the mastered art.)

In terms of health, I think you would be better off with a bowl of oatmeal with raisins and a sprinkling of cinnamon and real maple syrup (not the conventional maple flavored corn syrup).

yes very healthy and full of fiber! it also has a full cup serving instead of 3/4 cup and also has complex carbs for evergy instead of simple carbs in most cereal...some granola cereals and other bran cereals are healthy too....try natures path pumpkin raisin crunch
