Good workout plan?!?!?!
Question: Hi, i am 14 5'6" 125lbs my workout plan is.....
Monday:Chest & triceps
(all 3 sets of 8-12)
flat bench press
incline bench press
flys
standing tricep extensions
Wendessday:back and shoulders
military press shrugs
upright rows
pull ups
bent over rows
Friday: legs and biceps
squats
leg curls
leg extensions
calf raises
preacher curls
hammer curls....
I usually hace a protein shake every day i work out (25g of protein)
so is this a good workout? am i getting enough protein? i started about a week ago when will i see results?
