Do you drink 8 glasses of water a day?!

I feel so much better when I drink 8 glasses of water a day. I don't feel lethargic and my skin is more clear. My joints feel better and I just feel an overall good feeling.

No, and there's really no reason to do that. THat's what your total fluid intake is supposed to be, including what's in your food and anything else non-alcoholic that you drink.

I try to drink at least 2 liters daily, which I think is about the equivalent to 8 glasses. It clears up your skin and other things like that. It was tough at first cuz you constantly have to use the bathroom. I'm used to it now though

I tried to once or twice, but of course I had to keep going to the bathroom. Now I just try 2-3 glasses a day...and make up the rest in the fruits and veggies that I eat.

Yeah I started doin that and my skin is completely clear, i havent been sick forever, I eat healthier(less hungry) and i feel great. But I have to pee alot. But if thats all your having all day then your gonna slow down your metabloism and gain alot of weight in the wrong spots if you start eating again

i've been drinking 4-16.9oz bottles a day for a week. The first few days t was hard getting on a narmal bathroom schedule (I'm a teacher so I only use the staff bathroom and it's hard to get there sometimes). I've noticed my skin isn't as dry and my face is not as red as it was. I feel better but I've also started a diet and excersize this week, so maybe it's a combo.

yes, i do drink and try to drink 8 glasses of water a day. water is essential. your skin is better and when you have a headache, just drink a lot of water and it will just go away. just keep on drinking water. you'll get used to it sooner or later.

I often drink more than 8 glasses per day, it really depends on my level of activity and the temperature. I have never seen a study that says you need 8i glasses per day. It seems to be an old wives tale that hangs around.

Common sense should tell a person that if someone weighs 120 pounds or 280 pounds the same 8 glasses per day rule wouldn't apply to both. It's best to test your own needs and pay attention to the results.

i try to, but i average 6 glasses a day. i feel way healthyer and my skin looks nice.

I drink more than 8 glasses a day. It's good to flush you out, good for your skin and helps make you feel fuller between meals.
I usually drink 2 (1.5 liter) bottles of water a day. Soft drinks, coffee etc, can count as water intake, but still I do my part to drink H2O.
