Meat is a great source of protein which you need to maintain a healthy diet. Also if you are worried about the fat then trim it off before or after you cook it. Mix your diet with fruits, whole grains, and veggies.

If you are still worried exercise often. Run or job or even walking is great for you!

Well protein is required for a healthy diet but maybe you can incorporate other foods such as whole grains, fruits and vegetables to your diet to make it healthier.

yes

Meat is not bad for you it is actually good for you. It gives you protein which is needed Hence the new emergence of "Protein Shakes". Also eating meat is good for the Ozone Layer....

Meat is a primary food for humans. The cause of many health problems in people today is the enormous increase in the intake of carbohydrates. For example, native americans primarily relied on a diet of meat sometimes supplemented by fruits and vegetables, but for the most part their diet was meat. Today, 1 out of 3 have diabetes and most are obese- due to a change in diet when they are only 4 or 5 generations away from chasing buffalo. Meat is an essential food, and will not make you fat unless you eat a lot of it, or any food. What to watch out for though---anything with high fructose corn syrup.
