How many situps do i have to do a day, so i can loose 20 pounds before,march?!


Question: i know its like forever till march:]
im going to try it i dunno why. :]
im doing it not because im fat !
im 13, and weigh 80 so i wanna weigh 60.yup yup ;]im 5 foot 0:] and each day i eat about 700 calories.on weekends i eat 1000 callories..
dont say any thing mean tho.
so how many sit ups do i have to do each day so i can loose 20 pounds ?it doesnt matter.

ARRRRRRRRRGGH! i hate doctors they make me feel fat! one day a doctor said to me
doctor:oh my!
me:what
doctor:youve gained twenty pounds in 5 months!
me: .........*OMG*


but if you want to lose the amount of weight such as 20, dont overeat after your workout, and when you get the treadmill you need to:
run 2km a day on the week and on the weekends you need to make about 3 or 4km

in the meantime keep eating healthy and earn some money for new clothes to buy when you lose the weight!

Situps are a horrible way to lose weight; they aren't efficient or aerobic. Running 20-30 minutes a day is way better. Swimming is the next best, and finally cycling. Wanna do even better, mix all 3 and become a triathlete. Add some weight lifting, and your money.....muscle naturally burns more calories than fat.

Your really, really underweight for your age and height. A girl who is 13, 5'0 should weigh 100-110 lbs. Weighing any less can cause extreme damage to your body. Sit-ups won't help you loose weight. You need to do more intense exercise. I really don't recommend you loosing anymore weight. Try gaining some.

honey, why, why, why would you want to weigh 60 pounds ? i would strongly advise you - no one looks good weighing only 60 pounds. your body needs nutrients or it will break down your muscles. do you want to be weak and helpless?
situps won't make you loose weight. they will tone your muscles.

you're already skinny..u don't need to lose any more weight especially 20 pounds...situps will help tone ur body if u want a lean stomach, but u don't need to lose 20 pounds
