Lucky for you, you aren't very much over weight, just a little. If you are only a little over weight, it is quite easy to lose a few kilos! Here are two things you need to think about:
- do you get the right amount, and the right kind of exercise?
- do you eat well?
If the sound of this makes you groan, dont worry! It is easier than you think! There are so many healthy foods that taste great! Fruit is heavens lollies! You will find healthy foods out there. Count the callories! I hope you like apples because i heard it helps people lose weight. I hope for your case its true!

Take up some sports. You can meet new people, make friends, and the good news is, there are HEAPS of sports to choose from! They all help you get some exercise and will help you lose those few kilos. You should also consider joining a gym. Do some strenght training! I love strong guys!!

Even if you mean 70 kg, that is still not overweight.

there is no way to lose it fast but try waight waches they r good and cheep. If u go to there meeting u r 3 times more likley to lose 5 times more weight than those who go it alone.

Well, take those pills they show on TV. But I warn you, once you stop taking them, your old weight will come back. If you loose weight easily, you will also gain it back easily. I prolly suggest for you to exercise instead. Also, your metabolism is still active, maybe you'll loose weight sometime.

so you weigh close to 155 lbs. that might be alot or a little depending on your height. if your below 5"8 your are very fat and if your above 6 foot 4 your very thin

how tall are you? If you are tall then 70 kg is definately not overweight. For any 15 year old male 70kg is close to being normal. Be happy with your body you are only young and dont need to worry. Just eat healthy and play sports that you enjoy and forget about your weight. Chin up and enjoy life.........

You are not overweight. To loose weight the most effective method of increasing cardiovascular endurance is skippping. So I suggest you buy a skipping rope or try interval training on the treadmill (1mile fast pace 100 metres walking). Or if you want to turn fat into muscle I suggest you purchase a powerball(link below).

If you think your overweight and would like to lose weight, join your local footy team or your local soccer team..or even a gym so you can tone up and go at your own pace...
