Is it possible to lose weight without dieting or exercise?!

Question: Okay, I'm thirteen, and I want to lose weight. I didn't realize until a few days ago that I already lost some weight by just not eating as much. I'm not on a diet, and I only walk or go for a jog once a day when I think of it. I only eat once a day, with the exception of apples or oranges for a snack. I thought it was weird that I lost this much by doing physically nothing.

Diet and exercise is the way to go, just be healthy about it. I know you said you're not on a diet, but it sounds to me like you are... or at least living a healthy life. Walking or jogging once a day is great and only fruit for snacks also great so don't worry, you sound healthy and I think it will take care of itself if you keep up the "healthy lifestyle"

no it aint possible to lose weight without dieting or exercise :(

Well, if you are eating less than normal, I would consider that dieting. So that woul be the reason you are losing weight.

BTW - it is extremely unhealthy to only eat one meal a day. js

You can if you don't eat anything... but that's called being anorexic and I personally, wouldn't suggest it.
So basically the usual of exercising, drinking plently of water and watching what you eat.
And I agree, ignore all the comments saying 'you're too young blah blah blah'. They're bull.
Good luck.
