raw vegetables and fruit are good snacks

carrots... carrots are your new best friend!!! eat them raw and without the ranch dressing;) also pears are good too because they can make you feel satisfied even though there isnt much to them.... and pistachios too... and sweet potatoes.. without the brown sugar... pick up some sweet potataoes and pop them in your micro wave for a few minutes and then eat them like a baked potato(remeber: no butter) and lots of whole wheat... and oat bran is really good too!!! have fun!!!

pretzel sticks, fruit (some - these can be high in sugars), carrots / celery sticks, graham crackers, yogurt (again watch the sugars). The key is do not deprive yourself. Stay on target but if you want a small peice of chocolate or a small scoop of ice cream - have it! Key in dieting eat less excersice more and eat in moderation. I once was 185 lbs (Iam a 5'5" female) size 16. I lost the weight by doing what I said above, I have maintained this even after having a baby. I am 130 now and a size 4. I eat in moderation though!!

protein shakes/eggs/turkey slices/any kind of fish/chips/nuts
