Eat 6 meals a day or eat throughout the day?!


Question: Well im 16 and im bulking up. I take creatine and protein and go to gym. People always say eat eat eat like you never ate before. When i tried i couldnt achieve this eating every 2 hours. Today i dont no why but i have ate like a animal. I have been non stop throughout this whole day eating everything in sight. Is this good for bulking eating like a beast. I mean i have had a bacon sandwhich followed by a bowl of cherios followed by chips followed by apples followed by cherios again followed by chips followed by 4 pieces of chocolate followed by rice with sauce with chicken. Im prob missing stuff also. Im actually eating turkey sandwhich as i type right now. Im pretty skinny but is this too much?

ummm.....yessss......thats a bit much. u need some extra calories carbs and protien. not fat sugar and everything in sight. just stick to three large meals a day and exercise to bulk up, and drink plenty of water.....

Eat a small meal based on lean protein and a small portion of complex carbohydrates once every three hours that you are awake, stopping at 6 or 6:30.

This will keep your metabolism stoked all day.

You can throw as many servings of vegetables as you like in with that. But keep fruits to two small portions (i.e.,1 small apple or half a medium apple) a day.

if you want to bulk up then eating numerous low carb/calorie meals a day isn't what you should be doing. that would only make your metabolism faster, resulting in weight loss. i would stay away from creatine because it causes problems in the future. work out daily (take a day or 2 breaks every week). protein is key.
