When should I stop drinking milk as an adult? or should I drink it for the rest !

Question: I'm 20 yrs old, and I like to drink milk. any milk. I'm not sure if it's a good thing for my health or not. I don't want to grow any taller (genetics controls my height, obviously)

Should I stop drinking milk? or should I drink it for the rest of my life? I drink water daily too. Does milk have any negative effect...

Nutrition is nutrition.
If you are not lactose intolerent, go for it.
Drinking milk in excess can pack on fat which can lead to heart attacks and such. If you don't go nuts with the quantity of milk, whole milk can really help to carry you through the day.
Powdered milk is an acquired taste, but it is fortified with vitamins and minerals that were readded after the dehydration process, so it has a higher content of what's good for you.
Soy milk is good, and it makes a smooth hot chocolate. However, it's a little pricey and if you drink this in excess and then switch back to regular milk, your stomach may be a little raw.
So moderation is the key.

yes milk is very good for you. two glasses a day or three especially if you are female. it holds important vitamins, is great for your bones, and yes you'll want it for the rest of your life. skim is best.

It is an excellent source of quality protein and calcium--there are some nutjobs that think its bad for you but they can't point to a single peer-reviewed study to back that up. It's good for you, especially skim, why stop drinking it?

There have been studies that associate milk drinking with weight loss
