Slimming thighs.?!


Question: I'm slimming my thighs and lowering my body fat. all while toning up. The problem is I'm slimming my bum and I didn't want that. Can you tell me how I can beef up the booty.

Squats and lunges. Ice skating, stair climbing and rock climbing can round out the butt nicely too.

Remember, you cannot remove fat only where you want to, nor can you deposit fat where you desire it. Your body's physiology determines where you deposit fat and where you can easily reduce fat.

Exercises FIRM muscle tissue. Vigorous/strenuous exercises CAN increase muscle mass even in the gluteous maximus (butt).

Squats and lunges tone your rear, give it muscle, and make it bigger and shapely - er.

Also, eating french fries and ice cream are both proven to go straight to your bum, like beer does to your belly!

i am fit.. and i have thighs and butt. id have to say they just go together.. you cant have very slimming thighs and a butt. its just part of the package. trust me.. ive tried =( but depends on the person and your body type also. i learned to love it.
