I would appreciate it if somebody could please help...?!


Question: Hi. I'm 13 years old. I am 5'5-5'6 and I weigh 195 pounds!
I am very obese. I get made fun of at school every single day. I have Absolutely NO friends. Even my dad, bro, and sis make fun of me. I am very sad and lonely, and I have decided that I want to lose 70 pounds.
I need to learn where to start, how to start, and what i should do. Please help me if you can. I need to know what i can eat. The only exercise I can get is from 3lb dumbells and a small stepping machine in my garage.

The first few weeks or so, are going to make you feel terrible. You're going to be sore, nauseous, and ready to give up. You should make it a goal to work through it.
My advice is to begin by doing some crunches and situps first off. Start running a lot too. Run to the end of your block and back to start off, then run two when you feel comfortable, then three after that. Increase the distances.
Kudos for deciding to get back into shape.

little by little evryday have a healthy diet, strict disiplne in your self. . Be happy as what you are! if youre really obese if you have much money go for a Surgery. .
Making friends arent like if your obese or not, depends on the character of a person and hey!!!! WE CAN BE FRIENDS!!!
do not be worry. . I can give more advices, dont let your self esteem bar down. . . its not godd for sure your a very special kiddie well be friends. . .

You can start out by doing a 30 minute walk 3-5 days a week, then when you get hungry instead of eating on a chocolate cookie or a donut, you can get a carrot or an apple, and try eating in small amounts and take your time, because if you eat fast, and alot, your body wont know your full until after you finished, so you will be overstuffed, so try to eat small meals 5-6 times a day

Okay i do a workout for when i play soccer it is simple easy and does not take a long time i do alot for my age but i need to be in shape for soccer. But here is what you can do. If you have a jump rope do about 50 of those each day if will help you be able to jump higher and lose weight and remember to drink alot of water to increase your metabolism so you are not tired when you workout. Crunches help alot too maby start with 20 a day then work your way up. Push up's also help you build your muscles alot try to do 10 a day and also increase that amount. Now food wise i would eat no candy, and cake, and muffins and work on the fruit, vegies, and salads. Stay away from anything that you know will slow you down water is best to drink. Yogert is always good to eat in the morning before school. Hope this helps a little. Of and get envolved in a sport. Football, Basketball, Soccer something that envolvs running or if you can't kick a soccer ball your self and run around thats what i do in the winter.
