There is no healthy way to lose all that weight in such short amount of time. A healthy weight loss is about 5-8 pounds in a month, depending on your metabolism. so if you want to lose 64 pounds it might take you 5 - 6 months. but much more worth it. I'm a Personal Weight Loss Coach for http://www.BestWeightLossCenter.com let me know if you have any other questions.

eat crackers

sorry to tell you this but you can't lose 64 two months in any kind of healthy way.

These is no healthy way to lose that much weight in that short amount of time, and even if you did it would come back because of the unhealthy way you did it. Weight watchers is the thing that works the best because it is a lifestyle with a great support system. You have to change your way of living though and think of it as a lifestyle not a diet

Nooo you can NOT lose 64 pounds in two month. It's too dramatic for that short a time frame, and verrrry unhealthy.
The best site to research weight loss, excersize, etc., is prevention.com

I am sorry but you can only lose 16-25 pounds in that amount of time if you want to stay lean for life.
if you go any furhter, you will gain weight back and you will become a yo yo dieter and its not good.
see a professional. dietician. go to your parents, and tell them you want this, and you want it badly. the prof wil know what right for you.

If you lost that much weight that quickly, you will lose muscle mass, which will hurt you in the long run, your skin with sag, and you will look sick...aim to lose about 10-15 pounds per month...exercise to help keep muscle and lose fat...eat healthy nutritious foods...remember you don't want to just lose it and then binge and balloon back up...you want to be a success for a long time...and that type of success takes a time investment.

I don't even know if you can lose that much weight that quickly in an unhealthy way. That's too dramatic of a weight loss. You have to eat well and exercise if you want to lose weight. Yes it sucks, but there isn't a good fast solution otherwise.

Fresh fruit and whole gain breads will help you feel full longer. Forget the "all carbs are bad" idea, just lay off white bread/rolls, white rice and non-whole grain pasta. One thing that will help you lose weight is SNACKS! Yes, a piece of fruit or a (low sugar) yogurt or (low sugar) granola type bar mid morning and afternoon will help you not munch on chips and stuff. Don't skip breakfast.
Increasing your water consumption would be good. Go for lean meats and remember that according to the dietitians a "serving" of meat is 4 ounces... about the side of a normal deck of playing cards. So watch your portions and fill up on fruits and vegetables.
