Can anyone recommend a good workout dvd?!


Question: I'm 24/f and have a couple stone to lose. I have pretty good fitness levels, so it can be a pretty high-impact workout.

I'm in England so it needs to be region 2.

Why get a dvd? Use youtube and go to the following sites for a full body workout with 8 mins a section (trust me it burns just look at the comments people leave!)

start of by stretch with this video

begin the abs or (core muscles)

next go to your buns (buttocks)

next the arms (bit quite) use light weights (tone) heavy (build)

finish with the legs (watch out its a louder!)

I guarantee you this will work for you its worked for boxers, sprinters, swimmers even football players can feel the effects. for more info on results read the youtube comments below the video and you wont find one negative response besides the complaints of pain but no pain no gain! I suggest you also do running in your spare time for 40 mins on another day however so alternate between days and goodluck

Lesslie Sansone has walking DVDs that are great. She has all levels from beginer up and it is a total body workout. You can even add wrist or ankle weights if you like. I use a 20 pound weight vest.

i have loads of workout dvds but this by far is the best! It is so much fun. i went away for the weekend and didnt take it with me and i actually missed it!!!
