Can I drink diet coke on the raw diet?!

So it depends on how strict you or the diet you're following is about it. If very strict, I wouldn't but if it's a bit lenient then a little here or there wouldn't hurt. It's all about moderation.

The idea of a raw food diet is to attain abundant health. Diet coke does not quite fit with that goal, but it's your choice. I think that most advocates of a raw diet would say no.
The purpose of the raw diet in to emerse yourself in pure, natural foods & beverages with no chemicals. Unless you can pull a can of diet coke right off a tree, I'd say that makes it a no. But I guess its just up to how strictly you want to follow the diet...but Im pretty sureit wont work as well if youre drinking sodas.
