A problem with working out?!


Question: I feel like I cant work out at an intense pace recently I feel that the weights are getting harder to lift (same weight) and im only 15 is it okay too take a break for a little while then resume? and how long should I wait?

I SAY TAKE A FEW DAYS OFF. MAYBE EVEN A WEEK. OBVIOUSLY YOUR OVERTRAINED, IF THE SAME WEIGHT FEELS HEAVY.
