No, most contain coconut oil and sugar.

They have a lot of sugar in them but yes healthy better than poato chips,fritos

its a healthier snack than many others, but don't forget there's a lot of sugar in banana chips, check the ingredients. even if it doesn't contain added sugar, bananas are very high in natural sugar. Check out www.nutritiondata.com it has great information for this type of question.

some of them have less sugar on them and some have a lot so it is hard to say...why not just stick to the real one and be sure. just always be in moderation on everything!!!

yeah, but only if theres nothing added to them, dried fruit is normaly good for you
