How can I get a flat stomach and loose weight?!


Question: I want to do this is a month or two. But I dont want to go on an extreme diet. What kind of exercises should I do everyday? For three years I have had to do PE for an hour four days a week. But I have noticed no changes. What type of food should I eat everyday? For breakfast, luch, and dinner?

Breakfast: Kellogg's cereal and Chocolate Milk (unless you like choco milk) and yes, CHOCOLATE MILK. The chocolate milk is the only thing to keep you from eating/drinking sugar for the rest of the day

Lunch: Have just a basic sandwhich with a limit of 3-5 variaties of foods packed in the sandwhich
For your drink, I'd have fresh Apple Juice or the juice box

Dinner: I'd say . . . Have rice and meat.

DRINKS: Water! Milk!

Getting a flat stomach means you already lost weight.
