EATING LESS CALORIES THAN YOU BURN EACH DAY. LIFTING WEIGHTS, LIGHT OR HEAVY, HIGH OR LOW REPS, BUILD MUSCLES, NOT TONE. GET ON A LOW CALORIE DIET, AND DO SOME CARDIO TO HELP YOU BURN MORE CALORIES PER DAY AND LOOSE BODYFAT, THEREFORE GETTING MORE TONED.

Diet is the key, but you can do crunches, push ups, pull ups if you have a bar, squats, calf raises, and leg raises. Yes you need to burn the fat on your stomach before you can see your abs.
