A firmer butt?!


Question: I have the muscle, it's just the layer of fat over it. I'm not heavy by anymeans. I just can't get rid of that layer. At one point I exercised 2 hr a day every other day. I would lose some, but not enough to feel comfortable with it. Any advise.

The best way to firm your butt is to do lunges with strength training at the same time.

But do backward lunges, not forward. Keep lifting weights while you do lunges and I guarantee you'll firm your butt!

Make sure you are doing the correct exercises such as squats. Plus it is more effective to work out 30min every day rather than 2hrs every other day.
