Question: Heyy,
i have started wearing weights on my ankles
im going to wear them for about 5 hours a day
so will i lose weight if i do this and eat right?
and how fast will i see results?

You'll start to see muscle definition in your calves. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you won't necessarily see a drop in weight, but you will notice your legs getting smaller and/or more toned.

Eating right and excercising is the best and healthiest way to lose weight and get a natural tone to your body. The ankle weights will help, but your body will be more responsive to a more total body excercise once or twice a day. It doesn't have to take hours just 20-30 minutes.

You need to do more than just wear weights around your ankles in order to see good results. Try going for a power walk, or going to a gym and using elliptical machines. You need to get your heart rate up...so crank up the intensity and you will see a much greater weight loss

my god! ive never heard of putting weight on ankels, but i think you will lose weight. when i went on a diet all i ate was special k cereals i lost loads of weight in two weeks without any excercise!

If only it were that easy. While you may see some slight increase in leg musculature, the weight loss effects will be negligible. A proper fitness plan will have a calorie deficit, sufficient protein intake, proper hydration, insulin management, hypertrophy training and a variety of other factors.
