My diet Dr. says the B12 shot really isn't effective. Does anyone disagree?!

Question: He sells them, but says they really have no benefit. Others claim, LOTS of energy, appetite curving.

well i have cfs, where i don't have much energy and feel tired most of the time and Ive heard that some people with Cfs have the b12 shot to give them some energy and stuff and from what Ive heard and read it does seem to have grate effects for improving energy.
