Why I can't loose weight?!


Question: This question is really vague, however I may be able to help you a little bit. The first and biggest parts of any weight loss program are diet and excersize. Limit caloric intake and burn more calories throughout the day. This can be as simple as taking the stairs as opposed to an elevator. Limit simple sugars. Did you know that a candy bar can take up to 24 hours to process and most never lose that and it is converted into fat? Limiting stress is another large part of losing weight because stress builds fat in the abdoninal section.

I don't know. Why can't you? Be more informative in the question next time so we can figure it out ourselves. Maybe see a doctor who can put you on the right diet. That always works & is healthy.

Need more information! How much do you eat, how much exercise do you do each day, etc.

every one can lose weight but you need to make a list of what you eat, read your labels what your carbs, and calorie intake and most of all exercise and drink water!

Same reason millions of people can't.

..its simple, because you are taking in more calories than you are burning,...there is no other explanation.
Losing weight is one thing only, and thats to burn more calories than you take in, so exercise and count calories...or forget it.

You must exercise. Running is the best, I promise if you run, you'll loose weight.

Fresh fruit and whole gain breads will help you feel full longer. Forget the "all carbs are bad" idea, just lay off white bread/rolls, white rice and non-whole grain pasta. One thing that will help you lose weight is SNACKS! Yes, a piece of fruit or a (low sugar) yogurt or (low sugar) granola type bar mid morning and afternoon will help you not munch on chips and stuff. Don't skip breakfast.
Increasing your water consumption would be good. Go for lean meats and remember that according to the dietitians a "serving" of meat is 4 ounces... about the side of a normal deck of playing cards. So watch your portions and fill up on fruits and vegetables.
