Help? i need to lose weight by july 5th?!


Question: I am 17 year old girl, senior in high school. I am 5'4" and weigh 122lbs. yea that might seem normal but i look so chunky, no fat goes to my legs or butt (prob cause i'm a dancer) but it all goes to my stomach and upper chest area. Like the upper part of my stomach isn't that bad but the lower is like a big curve to fattness? idk how to describe it. lol. I just want to tone my upper body and flatten my stomach by july 5th because thats when i'm going on vacation, or before i graduate which is the end of june is even better. I just need help, so anything? any diet tricks or excersize? I dance once a week but that doesn't really do anything.

1.Eat about 1200 calories a day.
2.I would suggest that when you have cravings, try slim-fast optima. It uses protein to control your hunger for up to 4 hours. You could try that or 100 calorie packs.
3.Walk about 4 miles a day (if you have time), and make sure you get a good combination of cardio and weight exercises. I walk a couple miles a day and do taebo every night before dinner and it helps.
4.If you're thirsty, i would suggest replacing soda or fruit juice with vitamin water. Also make sure you drink 8 glasses of water a day.

Drink 8 glasses of water a day. This will help speed up your metabolism. Stay away from soda and sweetened drinks. Stay away from caffeine. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and limit your meat intake. Try walking at least 1-2 miles a day then start jogging or even running. Add some crunches and push up to your exercise regiment. For your lower abs, lie down and do leg lifts to tone yourself in the midsection. You can do it, if you put your mind to it.

anywho, you should try to run in the morning or just try walking whatevers good for you. You should go to google and type in how many calories should i have?, or something like that.

Fresh fruit and whole gain breads will help you feel full longer. Forget the "all carbs are bad" idea, just lay off white bread/rolls, white rice and non-whole grain pasta. One thing that will help you lose weight is SNACKS! Yes, a piece of fruit or a (low sugar) yogurt or (low sugar) granola type bar mid morning and afternoon will help you not munch on chips and stuff. Don't skip breakfast.
Increasing your water consumption would be good. Go for lean meats and remember that according to the dietitians a "serving" of meat is 4 ounces... about the side of a normal deck of playing cards. So watch your portions and fill up on fruits and vegetables.
