Wish I could tell you... I'm doing weight watchers but I'm only an online member. If you wanted to try WW out but not go face to face with a crowd just sign up online for a month. But, I hear that a lot more people are successful when they go to meetings. Just make sure that if you do online only, stay active on the forums! Good luck!
