Any good excersises to do at home?!


Question: Hii,, i need some exersises to get me fit in my room that make no noise and my rooms quite small. I want to do it so my mum doesnt find out , beause she always finks ill go anerexic (i wnt go tht far:P ) Any ideas? thanks x

Well, Sit ups are good, if you want to lose weight i recommend doing crunches, which are really quick situps. If you put your quilt on the floor and do them off this then it'll reduce the noise.

step on then off a small chair or bench ,.

Pushups, situps, and hindu squats. Hindu squats are awesome. You can find how to do them correctly on youtube. You can also do hindu pushups which I do. They are awesome!

Like yourself i hate gym and get bored quick.So i started doing "calanetics"i'd do 15min to an hour max of this exersise and i tone,stretch and get rid of my celulide in no time.Exelent for back problems too.Any good bookstore should have the book on it and find out on internet too.xx

it depends wether u want to loose weight, or get more muscles. as ur a girl, I would geuss you want to loose weight and so you should probably try step-ups or somthing similar, allthough they could produce banging on the floor which might give away your secret activities.

also, a completely different approach, join a dance class or somthing, they're great for getting you into shap and your mum probably won't mind, she'll think you're only there for the dancing
