At first you may not notice anything. Because your messurements aren't changing. But you are burning off fat and building muscle at the same time, so within a few weeks you should start noticing the changes.

Very soon

if you are doing a healthy diet as well, you should lose about 15-20 pounds in a month.

very soon, if you want you can add weights, dumbells. ! :) ! i have a treadmill 2 ! LOL can u plz help me http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...

You'll notice some small results in the first 2 weeks, but after 30 days you'll notice more and bigger results.

very soon but u also have to eat right to look good and skiny not just run okay

At the pace you mentioned, you should start seeing results in 2 weeks or so.

I suggest kicking it up a notch and start jogging on the tredmill. 6.5. Try that out.

Or increase the incline to 2.5 to 3.0 and walk at 3.0/3.5

You should see it very soon. Try slowly increasing the walk to a jog and get it up to 4.5.

Within 2-3 weeks you should notice your clothes fitting differently. Way to go!

you should start seeing results if you feel like you're pushing yourself.
if it becomes easy after a while though, i suggest increasing the incline. :)
-- also if you want to see results even faster, i recommend including weight training 3 x a week.

It depends. If you are already at a healthy weight, not much will change. However, if you actually ahve weight to lose, then probably within a couple weeks

Soon, but walking briskly in water/in the pool or jogging in water/in the pool has quicker results, 'cause you're getting not only a cardio workout, but a resistance/weight training workout at the same time. And it's more fun. Runners often do it 'cause it's excellent for cross-training -- builds up muscles they even don't use.

You'll probaly lose a lot to begin with, but that's only because you're losing water. It will take about a week to really see your weight change, and a healthy loss is about 1.5 pounds per week.

If you really want results you are going to have to work harder. amp up the speed to about 5 MPH or to a slow jog so your not walking. do that every other day. eat low calorie meals. high in protein. and drink plenty of water and try to stay away from pop. you can do it

that depends on your metabolism a month or 2 you should really start seeing results but as i found i can be hard to actually notice results without taking photographs say once a week or so. i grew large pecks and biceps when weight training but completely missed it actually happening until i went one day where on earth did they come from?
