Would this be bad to eat?!


Question: Breakfast: Bagel w/ Tuna

Lunch: Bowl of Vegetable Soup

Dinner: Chicken Salad w/ Italian Dressing

Cut out my pop completely and drink tons of water?

I want to lose a few pounds and I am such a picky eater. If I ate this for a week straight, do you think I could possibly lose 5 pounds?
I dont know if this is healthy to do. I just want to make sure I dont do this and gain anything back really fast.

Breakfast - personally I would nix the bagel for a slice of whole wheat bread w/tuna(less carbs) and have either an apple, a banana or a handful of fresh or frozen berries - the fruit will fill you up and it has fiber.

Lunch - veggie soup sounds good - either home-made or if canned get the low sodium kind.

Dinner - the salad choice sounds great!

cutting out the pop will help immensely! you may find that you don't even miss it after the 1st week, and if you do miss it, try substituting juice instead or if you need the bubbles try the flavored carbonated water.

Looks good - a nice big breakfast

(watch that your carbs don't send your blood sugar too high in the morning and make you crave throughout the day)

You may want to add some fruit at breakfast/lunch?

It is a healthy diet but I would add some fruit to the diet plan. Apples, oranges and many other fruits are very low in calories and they have no fat grams. You also need some calcium in your diet plan. You can get a calcium supplement if you don't want to drink milk or eat foods that contain calcium. You should lose about 3 pounds a week on a plan like this but be careful when you go off of this eating plan because it is very easy to put the weight back on when you start eating normally again.

That is not bad to eat- drink lots of water and exercise- add a snack like nuts and fruit in between your lunch and dinner- im sure you can lose up to 3 -5 pounds, makes sure the meals are still filling though

It's doubtful you will lose 5 pounds in one week. That's almost a pound a day. That's a lot of fat.

It's not too bad, but if you really want to lose fat fast, the way to do it is to eat only fish, egg whites and vegetables, breakfast lunch and dinner. Keep your calories under 1500, and do cardio (run, eliptical,stairmaster) like crazy.

think you should change the bagel to whole wheat btu thats about it
