YES! That's most people's problem. They start to feel it so they say "Ok I got my workout" The workout doesn't really begin until you feel the burn! Even if it's uncomfortable, as long as you can still physically do it, finish the set. That's how you get results.

If you miss a workout and you can double it up the next day, why not? But just doing your usual workout should be fine.
