Diet help plz?!


Question: im used to being 120 pounds after my last baby was born which was july 3,2007 i've weight 154 it's been 6 months and i just cant loss any weight i've tryed everything from diet pills to the cabbage soup diet but i keep failing i can't seem to stick to it i will do good for the first few days and then i just start eating everything till im so full and sick then i just hate my self i want to loss 30 pounds so bad but i just cant i dont know if it because of the new baby wearing me down or if it is just me what can i do to stick with this any help i will be gratefull for

I understand where you are coming from but try this

Drink water and only water (no soda)
dance 5 nights out the week for about 1hr
try to eat breakfast
then a fruit or yogurt b4 lunch
have a good lunch you deserve it
then for dinner eat good just make sure you have good portions! Eat cheese it speeds up your metabolism!
And try not to starve yourself, you will shock your system and that will slow your metabolism down!

Aw hunny you make me sad because I am due in 6.5 weeks and I am worried about losing weight. Its hard trying to exercise and diet when you have kids! (though running after them I sure is exercise) I have only tried one diet in my life... and no matter what others say I stick by it... The atkins... I hate meat... but for me it was practical because I am a black and white person. Tell me what I can and cannot eat. SOOO w/ that all protien is good... very little carbs is good... drink LOTS of water.... and I learned to eat things I enjoyed... like egg salad w/o bread... and I love chicken wings! (You can eat them w/ dressing!) and after two weeks of this "strict diet" I allowed myself once day (usually around the same day) a special treat. I ate a rice crispy treat! I lost 10lbs in 4 months... This is easy... because there is no counting carbs... or points... its eat this... dont eat this... and you really learn there are many things you can eat! (They even make yummy low carb wraps) Good luck! AND CONGRATS on the new babe!!

Fresh fruit and whole gain breads will help you feel full longer. Forget the "all carbs are bad" idea, just lay off white bread/rolls, white rice and non-whole grain pasta. One thing that will help you lose weight is SNACKS! Yes, a piece of fruit or a (low sugar) yogurt or (low sugar) granola type bar mid morning and afternoon will help you not munch on chips and stuff. Don't skip breakfast.
Increasing your water consumption would be good. Go for lean meats and remember that according to the dietitians a "serving" of meat is 4 ounces... about the side of a normal deck of playing cards. So watch your portions and fill up on fruits and vegetables.
