What is the best work-out and what should i do and how may reps to build muscle !


Question: best work out to burn fats is jogging.jogging is the only exercise to burn fats on the sides.AND for building muscles- which ever exercise u do,be it of shoulders,be it of chest or any other make sure that wheight u lift should be enough that you are not able to repeat the exersise from more than 8-10 times.atleast goin for 3sets of the exersice.but if u want to increase the muscle power for sports where size of muscles doesnt matter then drop the weight by few kgs and increse the repetitions.
