How can i feel more refreshed when i wake up from sleep?!

Question: Help!

Answers: Help!

This helps me tremendously....

1. Drink decaf coffee before going to bed, this will help your maintain normal blood sugar levels and when you awake it takes on a few minutes to get your mind and energy levels up and going.

2. Brush your teeth before bed and gargle with a 50/50 mixure of hydrogen peroxide, however do not swallow, spit out after 1 minute of swishing around your mouth. This action will help keep harmfull bacteria and germs from accumulating on your tounge and mouth overnight. While in your sleep, you breathe often through your mouth and swallow saliva, if germs are accumulating over night then you are slowly poisoning yourself and you arise very foggy minded and take some time to recover.

....get a hydrogen peroxide bottle read the instruction, it will tell you that it can be used as a mouthwash...just in case you thought I was off my rocker.

3. Also make sure you get 7 to 8 hours of sleep.

If this works chose mine as best answer and write a small comment at the end; yahoo prompts you to give a best answer after a day or two.

4. also remember to exersize, this allows your body to rest and sleep.

turn the lights on right away

Talk to a Naturopathic Dr you might have Adrenal Fatigue. That is not generally recognized by the main stream medical community. But replenishing our body with minerals can help. Adrenal Fatigue happens as a result of the high stress life we are living and long periods of low grade stress in our lives.
Acupuncture can also help.

Frog jump out of bed, ignore lights, shower, dress, brush, drink cold water, put on glasses or contacts if applicable.

If you don't wake up refreshed, before you try taking something or go to some special doctor that glues electrodes to your head, why not just try to get more sleep? If you aren't waking up refreshed, it might be your body's way of saying, "Hey, I need more sleep."

do some excercise. Something simple....like jumping jacks or pushups. This wakes up your body and gets endorphines going.
