How does a 27 year old male get in and stay in shape?!
Question: I eat breakfast (usually oatmeal and oj)
I eat lunch, breakfast, I take a multivitamin.
But I do have a sweettooth. I am only allowed to have a microwave inside my apartment. I'm thinking about getting a countertop oven.
I eat lots of can fruits and veggies.
Am I on the right track?

Well yeah if u stop eating crap food but u know urself... get a gym membership or play sports i`m no twig but i eat what i want because i know i play soccer 3 times a week and am pretty active...
where is your protein... and what kinda exercise are you doing,, basically to get in shape, you need to eat a good nutriceous lean diet with a good amount of protein,, and exercise, workout
