What foods can I eat for more energy?!


Question: I need moar!! More weight, more energy, and more fat-stuff. What foods should I eat that don't taste like crap?

Meat, it's whats for dinner. Meat and eggs are great sources for more energy. They are both filled with protein. Here is an example:

Carbs are like newspaper in a fire( your stomach, they don't last long.)
Protein is like logs in the fire. They last much longer, and fill you up.
Basically, just eat things with lots of protein. Also, just find a local Chinese takeout. You can get alot of food for little money. Also, if you don't like just plain vegetables, mix them up in things you like. Pasta, omelets, salads, subway!
I hope you get full.

Meats.

If you just want energy I'd go with those energy shots. They work for awhile. Just don't overuse them.

CARBS!!! carbo-load. sugars give you a quick burst of energy..so i guess that works too.

starches like rice and pasta for sure!

nuts and berries..

meats,vegatables and fruits.

eat a snickers bar, those things have peanuts for protein, chocolate for a mood-enhancer, sugar and carbs for energy. pretty good stuff right there. and im sure it is full of fat, so eat up!

proeins like meat and eggs and dark green veggies.

Carbohydrates (whole wheat breads, pastas, potatoes, brown rice), ginseng, caffiene, protein (fish, chicken, lean beef, pork).

BURGER KING FTW!!!

Carbs will throw the pounds on you! Pasta and cereal and bread!!!! MMMMMm mmmmm. Tear it up, sit around and do nothing! You will get fat.

Cheese sticks with some crackers. Glasses of skim milk,

look for 'good fats' like peanuts, most nuts are great, just not too much!

Chocolate with a high cocoa content, fruit, fish, lean meat, vegetables, a bit of exercise also gives you more energy if you rfood intake is regular.

Slow, clean burning carbs--oatmeal, sweet potatoes, whole wheat grains, etc. are best for longer term energy. Fruit is good for a quick burst. If you are looking to gain weight healthily, consuming a lot of clean carbs is your best bet.
